MAPO is our solution for the smart factory and Industry 4.0: a set of dedicated hardware and software tools for realtime control of production on the shop floor, allowing you to monitor the status of machines and plants by creating productivity and efficiency reports. This system is independent but dialogues with whatever machine or equipment is in the department due to the versatility of communication protocols and a provides maximum benefit when integrated with ERP in use.

Modules

MAPO Server is the heart of the mapo system-a virtual environment that can be installed locally in the enterprise or as a SAAS in the cloud depending on the needs of each customer. The server keeps mapo applications running and makes them accessible to the connected devices that are used by the connected devices in the enterprise

SITE is the dedicated environment for use by office workstations. From this area, a real-time analysis of the overall production status and efficiency indices of each plant can be made, with a specific focus on the daily progress of the orders to be produced.

ADM enables management of orders, items and cycle times. It also allows the creation of job orders and work orders scheduled for production. Management through ADM is intended for use cases where the MES is not interconnected to an ERP/business management system.

Departmental operators use TAB via tablet, smart device or pc/notebook: it is the interaction user interface that allows them to confirm production, declare downtime, record checks and rejects as well as manage job tooling.

It is represented as a synoptic information panel that can show the status of each machine immediately and clearly.
It is intended for use on large monitors and TV panels.

Whether they are modern Industry 4.0 plants or traditional plants without network connectivity, we will integrate them to the MES, employing the best system available through all popular protocols (OPC-UA, MtConnect, ModBus, REST…) on a case-by-case basis.

STATS analytically returns statistics of efficiency, production, controls and rejects of connected plants. It is an operational dashboard that summarizes production performance and key quality and efficiency indices and outlines the trend on a time basis.

The ENERGY module introduced in 2025 deals with linking productivity data with plant energy detection to be able to generate consumption indices useful for production efficiency, also with a view to “industry 5.0” legislation. This also leads to the cost reduction possible through identification of areas of inefficiency and optimization of energy consumption.

PROG is the application for managing and transferring machining programs between network folders and machine tools. Through a managed approval process, it also takes care of securely storing copies of work programs on databases for the most complete data security.

Special managements of some plants require specific activities: for example, SPEC deals with the management of parametric recipes, dossiers of machine parameters associated with orders, and real time monitoring of plant parameters.
